wired.MD works closely with expert physicians and nurses in various specialties to create original text and video content. The content therefore is a reliable supplementary form of patient education that rarely needs modification. In the event that a video requires modification to better serve a customer or a specific specialty, wired.MD will take steps to develop and release a revised version of that video.

streaMed Website does track all videos played from organizational health websites and portals. The usage tracking can be cumulative or can be provided within a specified range of dates. 12. How do installation, training and support work?
Installation is as simple as streaMed Website itself. Since streaMed Website is a completely web-based application, customers need only to select QuickTime, RealPlayer, Windows Media Player or Adobe Flash as their default format for their videos. Once this selection is made, the videos are delivered to the organization as query string hyperlinks. These hyperlinks are integrated into the organizational website or health portal.
streaMed Website allows for the integrated videos to be placed on any and all pages of a specific website under a single URL. This allows for organizations to have a dedicated patient or consumer health education page, while also placing specific videos on the homepage or on specific pages within the site or portal.
wired.MD provides customer support Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm PST. Customer support can assist organizations through providing content updates and facilitating quarterly exchange options. As always, support is free to wired.MD customers.
