Phreesia™ and wired.MD Announce Partnership to Educate Through New Solution for Physicians
Phreesia changes the patient experience by installing the PhreesiaPad™, an interactive patient communication and education webtablet, in the waiting areas of physician offices across the U.S. Phreesia provides everything a practice needs for the PhreesiaPad (short of the broadband internet connection) including the hardware, software, content and the wireless network.
The PhreesiaPad product is a new offering for the physician marketplace that allows for practices to better utilize the traditional down time in the waiting room by assisting significantly in the check-in process and through educating patients on topics of interest while they wait. This in turn provides immense value to the practice and their patients who can garner the PhreesiaPad at absolutely no cost. Phreesia sought high quality patient eudcation within the PhreesiaPad and therefore formed a partnership with wired.MD to bring the streaMed patient and consumer health video and text content library to all new and existing PhreesiaPad customers.
