wired.MD's streaMed® Solution Will Provide Video, Text and Health Website Content To All Existing and New MedcomSoft Users

wired.MD, Inc. announced today that MedcomSoft, a publicly traded Canadian healthcare information application provider, will integrate the complete streaMed Patient Education Solution into their MedcomSoft Record® EMR offering to be distributed to existing and new healthcare organizations throughout Cananda and the United States.

MedcomSoft Record users will have access to the complete streaMed Solution, which currently houses 335 videos (some in 8 languages), 1340 handouts (some in 4 languages) and nearly 300 health websites in the realm of patient and consumer health information. This comprehensive combined solution will provide multimedia and multilingual content access to patients both at the point of care and beyond.
