We are pleased to announce that wired.MD has been acquired by Krames, a MediMedia company, on January 15, 2008.
This is a valuable combination for wired.MD customers and partners, with the leaders in print and electronic patient education and the leaders in video patient education joining forces. Our ability to provide the most advanced video patient education solution will only expand as we align with Krames, and their market leading print and electronic publications and products.
We will continue to provide the same suite of products that we have to date, with an effort to continue to expand our video library to meet the needs of our clients and partners. Our team in Portland remains at the ready to assist you in whatever needs that you have regarding your wired.MD videos and applications.
We have appreciated the support you have given wired.MD as we have grown over the years and we look forward to the next steps that will be possible with this milestone. Most importantly, this will allow wired.MD to achieve the legacy as both a pioneer in video patient education, as well as cementing our ability to lead that vision for years to come.
