David Craig, MD
Emergency Department Physician Providence Health System

Dr. Craig has most recently served as the Regional Director of Emergency Services for the Providence Health System. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and has served as a Staff Emergency Physician at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center since 1979. Dr. Craig's training includes an undergraduate degree (BS) from Colorado College, an MD degree from the University of Minnesota, and a residency in Emergency Medicine at Denver General Hospital.

Richard Lowensohn, MD
Associate Professor, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Division of Medical Informatics and Outcomes Research, Oregon Health Sciences University

Dr. Lowensohn's expertise is within the intersection of technology and clinical medicine. He is a researcher and developer of medical technology that improves the practice of medicine. His 25 years of experience includes positions as Director of Obstetrical Data Processing and Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at USC Medical Center. He has also held positions as Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Chief of Obstetrics at OHSU. Dr. Lowensohn also held the position of Vice President at Health Outcome Technologies, Inc. He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Lowensohn received his Medical degree from the University of Southern California and is board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Charles M. Kilo, MD, MPH
Founder and CEO of GreenField health system

Dr. Kilo is the founder and CEO of GreenField health system, a novel network of innovative primary care practices with the goal of creating and spreading new clinical office systems that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of care. He is a fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) where he was previously Vice President and Director of Idealized Design, where his work subsequently sparked national movements to redesign office-based health care in the US and several European countries. He has written extensively about medical practice improvement and redesign and speaks and consults regularly on the topic. Chuck also recently helped found and served as Chief Medical Officer for Myhealthbank, a new health care financial services company that is enabling insurers to provide defined contribution health benefits. He currently serves as a Director for Kryptiq, Corp. as well as an advisor to Lifecom, Inc. Dr. Kilo is an internist with subspecialty training in infectious diseases. Dr. Kilo subsequently completed an infectious diseases fellowship at Harvard as well as a Master in Public Health at the Harvard School of Public Health while performing health services research at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

Robert Holt

Prior to independent consultation Robert spent 30 years working with healthcare consultation companies including Ernst & Young as a Senior Partner, Arthur Young as Director of the Western U.S. Region, The Brighton Consulting Group as Founder and CEO and American Health Development as the Founder. Robert graduated from the University of Utah and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Jim Hicks, Ph. D.

Dr. Hicks has over twenty-five years of experience in biomedical research and technology management. He has been a cofounder of four biotech and Internet technology based companies in the Northwest and served as a consultant for numerous others. Dr. Hicks was one of the scientific founders of Icos Corporation in Seattle, WA and a co-founder of Sapient Health Network in Portland, OR (purchased by Healtheon WebMD in 1999). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of AVI BioPharma and a Managing Director of Activated Cell Systems, LLC. Dr. Hicks received his Bachelors degree from Willamette University and his Ph.D. from the Institute of Molecular Biology at University of Oregon.

Scott Happ

His 19 years of experience specifically focused on the Managed Care and Corporate Health markets. Scott has worked as Regional Manager and as Product Manager at GlaxoWellcome Inc., as Senior Executive Managed Care Specialist at Glaxo Inc., and as Medical Center Representative at Burroughs Wellcome Company. Byron Jackson

Byron is responsible for subsidiary and joint venture funding, foreign exchange and cash management, countertrade and offset, project and customer financing, and government multi-lateral agency funding at Motorola since 1994. Prior to joining Motorola, Byron devoted 20 years to the FMC Corporation in numerous financial positions, including Director of Corporate Finance, Director of Trade Development and International Finance. Lynn Nye

Lynn Nye has an extensive and diverse background in the computer networking industry. Recently he has returned to independent consulting, after founding and developing Centrisoft Corporation. Centrisoft is recognized as being one of the most innovative companies within the rapidly growing Performance Management marketplace. The Centrisoft product lines reflect the 17 years of experience Lynn has had within the industry. Prior to Centrisoft, Lynn ran a successful consultancy (NetResults), where he provided a variety of professional services to several emerging networking companies, wrote over 100 industry articles and columns, as well as developed and delivered seminars throughout the US and Europe. At Sync Research, Lynn had the opportunity to assist a company evolve from an engineering organization to a product company. Developing the product plans, industry relationships and press contacts that established the company as a serious contender in the early 90's. Lynn was a founding member of the Frame Relay forum and toured extensively speaking on the application of Frame Relay within enterprise networks. His most valuable experiences came from his time at First Interstate Bank, where he obtained an extensive understanding of not only networking technologies, but the critical relationship between business and IT. During his tenure at the bank, he led teams in deploying the banks first LANs, handling the shift in networking services during the divestiture of AT&T and implementing a PoS (Point of Sale) network.

Al Hooton

Fuller Inc., and Valspar Corporation before moving to the Portland area. Walt graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in chemical engineering and completed postgraduate work at Carlson Graduate Business School.

Michael Anderson

Michael is a Senior Vice President at Telcordia Technologies responsible for Global Product Marketing & Market Operations. Prior to joining Telcordia, he was a Senior Vice-President at ADC Corporation, where he was responsible for marketing and business development, which included the sale of ADC's Software Systems business to Intec Telecom.
